Sent my steak back 2 times. My sons chopped steak was undercooked also.... They replaced my 10oz sirloin with a chopped steak but I still had to pay the 10oz price. My 3rd time there and all 3 were horrible. On a good note..... The wait staff was AWESOME!!

I used to love this restaurant when I lived in Marion and one was down there ( I don’t think it’s open anymore). I noticed this one when we were passing by last month and got so excited. The food was good and staff were fine. I do think they need more help or maybe limit their hours with the staff they have so the wait times aren’t as long. It was our servers first day and she did okay so hopefully they are getting more help. I think the restaurant itself could use a little updating to be honest. It seemed really dark and sad inside…. It’s hard to explain but somewhat outdated maybe? I’d probably just get food to go next time since the dark steakhouse restaurant vibe depresses me now.

Chicken fried steak with some nasty gravy. Waitress acted like she did know anything. The Rum punch was weak. Totally different staff years ago so sad.

I went to Fatz for the first time on the recommendation of the lady at the front desk of my hotel. The menu looked very good and I was wicked hungry after driving most of the day. Ordered everything just fine. Went to get it. Again, fine. Get it back to my hotel room….found they had not included utensils or napkins. Ok fine. I had gotten finger food anyhow. I opened the food ( I got the bourbon wing/calabash chicken combo) to find it looked literally thrown together. I specifically got that entree to try two of their “signature” dishes. I can’t tell you if calabash chicken comes with sauce on it or not. Everything was covered in sauce. The wings themselves were so hard in places that they were inedible. The bread nuggets they sent were barely wrapped (again just thrown together) and were so bland. I didn’t bother. I can’t say how my salad was since it’s not really something you can eat with your hands. Very disappointing. Especially since their menu is something my husband would enjoy as well and that honestly is rare for us.
