I have been calling and sending emails for over two weeks now for the store manager and have yet to receive a call back. I placed my order in store on August4th however the gentlemen behind the counter made an error and instead of having it ordered to ship since the items were not in store he rung me up as if I was leaving with my items. The store manager came over and said she was too busy to fix the error however she would fix the error later and email me the updated receipt. I still have yet to receive my updated receipt or proof my correct order even went through. Corporate has yet to return my calls as well.

The manager, Mary, is absolutely amazing, as well as the rest of her staff. She is kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have 3 kids and she has always gone out of her way to make our experience wonderful. Overall, outstanding service !! I was able to get all of my children’s uniforms and the sizes that they needed !!

I was super happy with the attention from the staff at Dennis Uniforms hq in Boca Raton. They were knowledgeable, efficient and extremely helpful during our shopping experience. It made the whole adventure w my young son running around the store even more pleasurable. My suggestion is to go during the week when it's not crowded. :)

Great service, was able to find all the sizes and uniforms we needed. The lady working at the register was very nice, friendly and helpful. I recommend picking out your uniforms now instead of waiting right before school starts.
