REALLY good food and beer and super helpful staff. I got a beer flight and a house salad with fried chicken and it was perfect. Order at the bar and the waitress helped me pick out four good choices for my beer flight. My dog and I sat out in the beer garden area and it was really nice. There are shade structures, but depending on the time of day, not so much shade and those spots go first. It looks like they are growing some trees, though. 10/10 would totally recommend! (And note that the salad comes out prettier than that - I didn't remember to take a picture until I poured the dressing on and scrambled it all up.)

The Cuban sandwich had excellent flavor! Would have liked a little more meat for $13, but it was adequate. I would order again for the flavor. Served with chips. Enjoyed the picnic table seating outside beside Sweeten Creek. Pleasant and quieter than the seating out front by the roadway. Love that Hillman Beer sponsors a blood drive each month! Fantastic community service! Also noticed that they pay their staff a living wage. Update: Returned for lunch on a weekday. The club sandwich had lots on it. It was a bit of a challenge to hold it together! Just check out the photo. The sandwich, chips and drink were quite filling. The patty melt was good, too.

This is a fantastic brewery! We loved everything about our visit yesterday. Service - Amazing! Everyone was helpful, friendly, and made you feel welcome. Food was brought out quickly and bartenders were helpful and know. Food- Awesome! At our table we had the pretzel and beer cheese, falafel wrap, fried chicken sandwich, pimento cheese and naan bread, buffalo wrap, bbq burger, and signature burger with a black bean patty and pimento cheese. We loved ALL of it. Haven’t been to a brewery that had such top quality food across the board. Food was brought to our table in a timely manner and super fresh and delicious. The bun was so fresh on the burgers and the pimento cheese is the best we’ve ever had. Beer - Some to tastiest beer we have had. The old fort was nice and crisp, and the other beers the table had were darn good as well. The only one we didn’t love was the tropical seltzer. Need more tropical notes in it. Other than that the beer is fantastic! Great brewery with large tables for big groups as well. We sat out back at the picnic tables and enjoyed the sound of small creek running along the property. They have a nice merchandise shop as well. Can’t say enough about this place. We’ve been to many, many breweries around the world and this instantly became one of our favorites. Give it a try and cheers!

Really enjoyed this Brewery! Great outdoor seating. Easy parking and fast service. Beer was very tasty! Good selection of swag. The pretzels were so delicious, I wasn't a fan of the beer cheese but the mustard was Awwwmazing. Great snack with the beer and they we cooked perfectly.

Our new spot in Old Fort has wings on the menu, but they are bone in. Cheers!

Honestly, I can't think of a single brewery that serves non-alcoholic beer. Some have root beer on tap but, obviously that doesn't count.
Yes, they have no problems with well behaved dogs at Hillman's. I have seen them inside and outside, with no issues. I consider them a very dog-friendly place, along with Sweeten Creek Brewery down the street and many others.
Yes, wine and locally brewed ginger beer are both available.
