While unloading my garbage the correct way, in the correct place, fifteen minutes before the displayed closing time, I was rudely told to leave because they were closed. There was no one around when I started to unload in the basket I was told by another employee to dump into. The guy telling me to leave didn't ask any questions, just shouted at me from a distance, and continued to repeatedly shout "GO, WE'RE CLOSED, YOU GOTTA GO" even as I returned my boxes to the truck and closed the tailgate. When I asked "do you not close at four thirty?" He kindly took the time to reply "that's the transfer station. We close at four. You gotta go." As I was walking to the car door. I've otherwise had no issues with this Edco.

Outstanding customer service. Formerly with CCR in DeLuz... the worst EVER!! Fallbrook always answers the phone promptly, customer service is outstanding. Always willing to accommodate all requests, needs! Very helpful staff and servicemen.

What a joke. They still have their old message because they never answer the phone and it says that the recycling centers open. Online it says the recycling centers open. I'm sitting here in front of the recycling center and it's closed. I'm trying to get a hold of them to find out if they moved it and so far three people have driven by with recycling in their car and know where to dump them off

So I was being charged for an extra bin for months and I finally spoke the one of the Managers who said he needed to look at video to make sure I was lying on how many bins I had. He didn't call me back just removed the extra charge and when I asked to be refunded for the extra charge they said no because of what the driver had reported. I hate this service

How much money do they give you per pound of glasses bottles?
They have a buy back center for aluminum cans, plastic bottles and glass bottles. You can also get rid of junk but for a fee I believe is $50 minimum fee
