Our adventure first started by breaking down on the side of the interstate after our Chevy Volt started smoking from the exhaust. We had to get towed and THANK GOD it was this Mr. Tire location. We lucked out by getting seen immediately by Jody and his team. They gave it a diagnosis and turns out our major worries were minimal. He gave us honest answers and made us feel safe to return back to the road. I also accidentally left my wallet during this whole ordeal and he was kind enough to put it aside and mail it back home to Ohio for me. I am grateful for their service and their southern hospitality!

My Fiat broke down and they were able to look at it the next day. But due to it having a recall they couldn't fix it. Cause it was still under warranty. They were nice enough to get the linkage fixed enough so I was able to get it to the dealership. They work great with you.

Driving on I40, we had a surprise issue with our car late at night. The tow truck driver said that Mr Tire was the best to go because of their service and weekend hours. He was right. They fixed a problem quickly and we were on our way. Thank you, Mr Tire.

What an awesome experience, I had a tire blow on I-40 and they had a replacement tire at a great price. I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. It's nice to have great customer service.
