This was my first time ordering from Wingstop. I paid over $60.00 for food. When I got home I noticed that I was missing 20 boneless wings. I called the store and spoke to an employee to let them know I was missing items from my order. The woman on the phone kept telling me that she prepared my food order herself and she had placed everything in the bag. She was telling me I was lying and all the food was placed in the bag. When this was not the case. I live 25minutes away and didn't have the time nor the gas to make a second trip. She said she would honor this request one time and had an attitude. How can you honor something that was already paid for? Like others have stated check your food before leaving. Gas prices are way too high to be backtracking.

Horrible service!!! The staff is more interested in helping the people they know rather than the order the customers come in the door. The two ladies there tonight were conversing with each other and never acknowledging the customers unless they knew them personally. When asked if we could be helped they let us know they were preparing orders and couldn't keep us until they finished processing orders. Guess what cupcake, we are there for you to process or order also, not to wait while you chit chat with you coworker and friends. I will never ever return to this Wingstop as this is the third time I experienced horrible customer service!!!

Ordered 8 bone in Mild and 7 bone in Garlic Parmesan had just the right crisp and they were very tasty! Upon entering the restaurant I was greeted by Tara who was friendly and greeted me with a smile. Great customer service! Definitely recommend!
