Food excellent. So much potential to be great but failed miserably. Wait staff inattentive and poorly managed. 30 minutes before end of the cruise and the table next to us was just getting their dinner served. 1.5 hours into cruise before we got our salads. I even saw our waiter dancing with other staff on the dance floor while our section of tables were significantly behind other tables who had already received their salads and main courses. We saw the wait staff manager clearly dress down her team where we could see, surprised me, but glad she was trying to fix her inattentive staff. I upgraded and paid for a private table for two with a guaranteed window view, and bottle of champagne prepaid in my ticket for a special night. Almost $600 for this premiere DC dinner cruise for two. Then at the end of the night they tried to charge me $55 for the bottle that came with my paid reservation. Unacceptable inattention. Didn't see any monuments. "Due to high tides we can't pass under the bridge, so we'll be turning around." We circled in front of Reagan airport all night. There should be some kind of disclaimer or warning or refund for a cruise that promises to see the DC monuments at night then doesn't deliver. It's not like the tidal schedule is a surprise, that information is readily available.

Beautiful cruise, going back and forth the Potomac in front of some of the iconic monuments in DC... it was neat to see them lit up at night from the water. We took the dinner cruise. The food was good. The alchol was an extra charge and was pretty expensive. The service wasn't the best and the staff seemed overwhelmed or perhaps shorthanded for the amount of passengers on the boat. But everyone was friendly and I believe just trying their best. The best spot was on the deck. Once the dancing started and the DJ was playing it was WAY too loud inside. Overall it was a nice experience.

I was surprised how many reviews didn’t like the food. The food was very good. Everyone was super nice and attentive. I enjoyed the scenery on the brunch cruise. It was definitely more of a party boat than I expected.

Amazing experience! Staff was extremely warm & cooperative. Food was great even though there were limited options.

Colonial Parking has lots right at the waterfront. Get there early. Can also park at the Safeway which is 2 blocks or so walk, but it's expensive. Use Google maps and search for parking. Expect to pay from $14 to $24 depending upon what you choose.
Yes it is handicapped accessible. You will be just fine, there's even a ramp to get you through the gates when you first check in. You're alright.
I would call their number and ask what is the number for lost and found.
There is parking lot at the boat. I believe it cost $20 its small
$54 to $120 per person. Depends on what cruise you choose. Dinners are more pricey. Check out their website
I think about $ 70-80 dollars per person. Special discounts and special packages are executed, so prices may vary according to the season. In addition, brunch is cheaper than the price of dinner. It's a fun day cruise.
