Stopped to order 3 dozen bagels for the office party and they had it ready with freshly made bagels in one hour.

This dunkin used to be very clean, polite employees and always have a variety of donuts, bagels ect. Didn't matter what time of the day. Now this is just a DUMP !!employees are clueless on what your order is (ALWAYS COME HOME OR WORK TO THE WRONG ORDER). there's only about 4 varieties of donuts and 3 of bagels all put together in the same sliding pan like its been there for hours. The dini.g and entance area so dirty and dingy floors sticky , counter gunky. HORRIBLE PLACE TO ORDER TO EAT -100 STARS IF I COULD. DISGUSTING

I will never return to this Dunkin. I waited this morning for my mobile order (which I could see just sitting behind the counter) and had 3 separate employees ignore me standing there. Because they were busy, the manager came to help and even though I was clearly the first person there and closest to the counter, he looked around me to ask the other (white) customers what they'd ordered. Even after trying to speak and get the manager's attention, it wasn't until another patron (who came after me and left before me) apoke on my behalf did the manager acknowledge me and finally hand me my order that'd been sitting there the whole time. This experience left a horrible taste in my mouth, but the actions seemed commonplace among the workers.
