Took my twin girls in for all three of us to get matching tattoos.They were SO HELPFUL,ATTENTIVE and incredibly nice.Answered all of our questions and concerns and did a Great Job! Jeremy did my girls tattoo and Ryan did mine.Couldnt be more pleased! Actually there is no legal age requirement, with parental consent, in Va. However we dont Tattoo anyone under 16 .
There has bever really been a need. If Tattoos are done properly, its bearable. However feel free to bring your own! :)
