Delicious and cooked just right. Thanks Chief. Great service on the floor and from the kitchen. Portions are such you will NOT leave hungry. Making price$ reasonable. Place Seemed to be clean. Parking and accessibility was easy as well. Park to the left if steps are an issue. They have a Pub up stairs. The place is spacious. Down stairs is child friendly as well. Definitely have to go back and recommend.

This place used to be fantastic, but I believe new owners turned this place for the worst. Came after church on Sunday and the menu had about 6 things, not a very good selection(no where close to what it used to be) but that’s one thing. After ordering it took over an hour for our food to be given to us. In the mean time the waitress didn’t come by and say a single thing, no filling up drinks or anything. And a group the same size as ours who came well after us got their food, ate it, payed and left. Waitress never said anything about the wait or anything. I usually give waitresses and restaurants the benefit of the doubt but this is just horrible, I would not recommend coming here. Really sad, it used to be very good and we all loved coming here.

Cold beer and great food.. The Smoked Brisket sandwich is my fave.. Simple atmosphere and genuinely selfless staff.. I'd recommend it to everyone.👍👍

Order the loaded onion rings and forget the rest! I had their brisket at the annual Blues, Brews, & BBQ festival, and it was pretty tasty too. But nothing compares to their onion rings covered in cheese and a whole sandwich worth of barbeque on top! Dip it in that ranch, and you might just slap ya mama! When we float Long Island to Brookneal, we always try to get off the river in time to make the cutoff at DSG. And these onion rings definitely make it worth it!
