Went to the Verizon store by Walmart in Moreno Valley to buy a phone plan. Not only was there going to be a 45min. waiting, the sales associate told me there was another one of there stores down the street by Target. Went to that store and was in and out w/a plan w/in 20 minutes. Thank you Verizon and to your sales team.

Charles Morgan!!! Gives the best customer service. He always has a smile on his face and he is very knowledgeable about products etc. He was very patient when trying to assist me because I’m not computer of phone savvy/ but he educated me on the product and now I can do it by myself. Charles (I believe that was his name) really took the time to help us out. We were picking up our ordered phones and switching everything over from our old ones. My transfer was complicated due to the amount of storage I had and the fact I didn’t have the newest upgrade. It took about 4ish hours total for everything to be done and finished. He never got annoyed and did everything he could to help me out to make the process easier!
