I can't here to get my screen fixed, and literally was back and forth up 6 times, the s screens they put on are very bad quality. And messy finish with glue still on lining of screen. It was frustrating and annoying

Seriously do not come here to get your I phone fixed!! I came here to get my I phone XR fixed and left with it worse than before LOL the screen wasn’t put in place correctly and is almost coming off the next day after I picked it up and the power button was completely loose and not working. Seriously trust me when I say don’t come get your phone fixed here unless you want to get scammed and want to waste your time and money seriously so not worth it and the workers there are really rude when they do not want to service their mistakes. You get what you pay for, so if they’re offering you a cheap service you know why. Learn from my mistakes and go somewhere else trust me 💜

I brought my laptop here to get simple work on it done; to get my keyboard fixed and have it run faster since the start up time was slow. I was told it would take 3 days until my laptop was ready, not 3 days for just the keyboard to arrive. Which it didn’t even take 3 days, it took a whole week which is understandable if I knew I was waiting on a part to come, but I did not. On top of that once the keyboard finally arrived a week later I got a call saying that THEY had ordered the wrong part and wanted me to pay $60 more for the right part, so I wasn’t even able to get my laptop fixed and they hadn’t even started on my laptop at all this whole process because they waited a whole week to tell me that they forgot to get the pin to my computer. It took an additional 2 days for me to get my laptop after already having it there for a week and they never even called me to tell me it was ready for pickup like they said they would. And when I got home and turned on and logged into my laptop for the first time all of my personal apps were deleted! I had to log back into my Google chrome accounts and everything else like it was a brand new laptop. Which tells me that all they did was do a factory reset on it and thought deleting everything would make it run faster which it did not 🤦🏾‍♀️ I basically paid $129 just to get my computer reset. They did offer me a refund for the keyboard service, but that’s about the only positive thing from this experience.
