An Aventura Mall anchor store located on the second level accessorized with the best customer service on a Monday morning. Fortuitously, I was immediately greeted and assisted by George, who is 10 yards of 5 star material! I had several separate online returns and exchanges, George cut through them without fuss and helped me quickly find the right sizes for exchange. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Express brand, accommodating and demonstrated excellent anticipatory service. When shopping at the Aventura Mall location be sure to ask for George.

Store attendants are not extremely welcoming or friendly which is ok for retail clothing. It’s not like you’re walking in getting a stink eye from someone who thinks you don’t belong there; they’re giving you that eye because they want their shift to end before they’re required to assist you. Not the best variety or selection of newest items because the only sizes remaining are XXS and XXL.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I would not recommend this store. There's an employee by the name of Glenndale who's just as bad as her party city wig! When I politely said "excuse me" - asking for assistance she blatantly ignored me when I asked for help. She walked halfway around the store just to avoid answering a question about the clearance items. A gentleman was nice enough to answer the 2-second question and it was no bother to him. I really did not wish for that caustic woman to ring me up but she did. I'm an express insider so I wanted to make my purchase using my card. She asked me to enter my number so I did. Unfortunately the number I entered wasn't recognized. I asked for her to try again. Her response was so nasty and so rude. I did not deserved to be spoken to or treated that way so I left in silence. As a result express lost a sale. Why on earth do people with nasty attitudes get a job in customer service? She should be working with wild animals. I never gave her any attitude. I wonder how many customers she spoken to like that today, this week, this month? Better yet, does she speak to her colleagues like that?! How on earth do you al work with such a toxic person? I hope that the management at Express stations her in the back to unbox items because no customer should be subjected to such horrible attitude from a woman wearing a wig that looks like it was a victim of a cat fight. Ladies and gentlemen before you go into this store consider the disgusting attitude and lack of customer service you'll be subjected to while giving away your hard earned money.

Disappointed with the quality of the products. Shirts fit comfortably but are extremely easy to wrinkle, especially the bottom. Most of the graphic shirts are like that no matter how well you iron them.
