I brought an old car for a power steering fluid flush and change. The old fluid was brown and opaque, but the newly replaced fluid should be clear. After they were done I drove off and my power steering immediately made a loud groaning sound. I brought it back to Jiffy Lube ten minutes later. Told them that the new fluid is still brown and there's a groaning noise when I turn the wheel. Noticing that no customers were around, the manager started arguing with me, raising his voice with several excuses. He insisted that the technician had flushed the fluid three times, but I heard him say to do it only two times. Finally he agreed to help me out, but I don't want to have to argue for help. What about treating the customer with respect and care?

If you have the time to, highly recommended to stop by for your auto care needs. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about what's going on under the hood. I was there for an oil change and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Bravo.
