Came in with a ARI account and it was approved and waited more than 2hrs. When the rep advise is was going to be 1.5 hour for it and other cars jumped in front.

They say 1.5 hours of wait for an oil change. I call after 2 hours and was told that it would be 20 more minutes. I get to the store 30 min. Later, to be told that my car "was next". 3 hours of lingering around the area as i was waiting, all for nothing. Likely that the employees tell the customer what he or she wants to hear because they want to lure you in to their credit card, and under deliver when that option is rejected. Terrible. The employees are semi-good at acting like they care about the situation.

No respect for time, and when you ask them about it they lie. Was told I needed to change my windshield wipers when I just bought new ones on Amazon. I was told I needed to flush my brake fluid which I just done a year before.

I made an appointment for 10am and when I showed up there were at least 30 cars waiting to get in and all the bays were full. I had to park in the main driveway blocking the front bay and 2 other cars. I tried to get inside but there was a line of people waiting to be served....so much for an appointment. It was clear this was a waste of energy to check in and wait for hours (or longer) to get my tires rotated. Please do not have a scheduling system if it means zero for your customers, especially those with your customer cards.
