Do not! I repeat DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP!!! I took my car to get fixed a month ago exactly for oil and coolant and they lied to me saying that nothing was wrong with the radiator and that they filled it up. They did nothing! The radiator basically exploted and now to top it off, I took it back to this shop to get it fix, they had it all day long, did not even call me I had to call them 15 minutes before shop closed, the guy answered the phone finally and says oh yes, your vehicle is ready, to which I answered you didn’t contact me. When I get there, the guy spoke to me in a condescending way that it took a lot from me to control my mouth and not reply back, but I digress. I told him to get to the point. Well, he did, they did nothing to the vehicle. All day waiting for them to just be like, yeah, nothing was done. I will look up the district manager and escalate this matter. This is the problem in Miami with service, it simply is terrible and people just don’t care. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP!

I had been taking my car here for my last few oil changes. A few days ago my car started acting up and the check engine light went off. I took the car to the dealer and they said whomever I had been taking my car to for oil changes had been stealing my money and not actually changing the oil! They literally showed me my oil was sludge thick consistency and super dark. They said it looked like I hadn't changed my oil in about two years, which is approximately how long I had been taking my car to this location. So be warned, they will tell you the service has been done and steal your money!!!!

Took two hours to install two tires. Figured they messed something up. Two days later realized the valve stem had been sliced and lost the air out of one tire. Avoid at all cost

On Jan. 14, right before closing, George provided great service for my husband. He addressed my husband’s concern of over tightening the lug nuts. Thanks so much George!

The patch was 3 dollars. But the manager charged me 25 dollars including labor. In my opinion it should have been more than eight or ten dollars to fix
To my knowledge no national to dealer sells used tires it's a liability.
That has never happened to me when I've called them, but unfortunately, that seems to be the way some people work today, especially in south Florida there seems to be NO phone etiquette. Sad!
