I got an oil change two months ago and had recently started noticing my oil leaking. I come to find out with my mechanic that my entire oil leaked and it was all due to them not closing the oil container thing. I wont bother coming here again. A waste of time and money.

Came here for a car wash after receiving a recommendation from a friend. While their regular car wash is probably a pretty good option for the price, I paid over $200 for a "full detail" which was supposed to be their top of the line car wash option both inside and out of the vehicle. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I opened my trunk to see it wasn't vacuumed at all. An employee there realized the error and ran over right away to finish the job. As I drove away, the hood of the car was left open which required me to pull over on the side of the road to close. When I got home I started inspecting the job more closely. The result left a lot to be desired (stains of cleaning solution were left all over my leather seats that required me to wipe down myself, and I also had to vacuum the crevices of my seats as a lot of lint, dust, dirt and sand was still left behind, and they completely forgot about the parts of the car in between the door and car frame (when the doors are open) as they were filthy and required cleaning on my part). The biggest disappointment was realizing I had some pretty serious damage on the front right bumper of my car that didn't appear on a photo I had taken of the vehicle just one day prior (it looks like someone may have scraped the vehicle by driving into something they thought they had plenty of clearance to drive by) so I'm pretty sure the damage occurred when I left my car here for a few hours unattended to be cleaned. If you do bring your vehicle here, I would recommend staying onsite to watch your vehicle at all times while being cleaned or taking photos/video of your vehicle before and after and inspecting the vehicle onsite closely before leaving to ensure you don't go through the same undesirable experience. I'm likely going to have to spend several hundred dollars at a body shop repairing the damage that was caused to my vehicle now after spending over $200 to only have to have cleaned the car myself after the job was completed.
