I love 9Round-Hollywood ! Leo and his team are awesome . I never enjoyed working out as much as I do now since I started kickboxing . The trainers push you beyond your limit while having fun. I’ve been coming to 9Round-Hollywood for the past 10 months and I don’t regret the day I started. They definitely have a customer for life . 30 minutes is all you need to work up a good sweat here at 9Round! The vibes and music are like no other. Leo definitely is the life of the party (the other trainers are as well but most days I workout , Leo is there) . He means business but you are guaranteed to burn a lot of calories and have fun while doing so. As a female , I believe it’s extremely important to incorporate some form of kickboxing in your exercise regimen. So ladies don’t be shy. What are you waiting for ?! The trainers are great- Leo pushes you- Diana is awesome and builds personalized workouts for you and Felipe is great as well. Will definitely be a long term member. Definitely recommend!!

I’ve been going to 9round on Sheridan Street for about 5 years. It’s such a great workout!! I love that there is no appointment time necessary. I have a very busy schedule and I can drop in anytime. It’s a 30 min quick yet challenging workout! I love the trainers as well!!
