I do not recommend it at all if you do not have the monthly payment card, they leave you waiting up to 45 minutes, there is no one to solve it, the employees are never there, a pity the truth because the rates are acceptable, but if you need someone, there will be no who answers NEVER, I have images and chats with the employees who, although they treat you well in Cesar's case, in Nancy's case they don't care about your time at all, as simple as answering: “I can't do anything for you, I don't care. you can park” “sorry I'm not there you can't go out” I wasted more than 1 hour going out and no one could help me, I've used it on other occasions the machine doesn't work and you call and they tell you “park elsewhere” and the parking button "help" doesn't work at all, they literally say "hello customer service" and hang up. Tickets are sometimes not read by the machine to charge you, I forgot 😅.

Why is this advertised as parking.. if this is not a public parking

This is not a public parking lot. This garage works for the residents of Brickell View Terrace, it is short and well planned. However there is no so many spaces available in the lower floors. If you need to spend your day in Brickell visiting or doing paperwork this is one good spot as per its security and location (bus stop and metro entrance just across the street).
