The people are really nice but I don't understand why they're there. If they can't do anything and they have you call the 611 number it just would be more beneficial if they could actually handle stuff since I took the time to come up there. Besides that though everything is really awesome. Didn't wait long the people really friendly

We went in to tell them we were moving to a new residence in the same citiy. They told us that we needed to return all of our equipment and be given new equioment that was exactly the same as the equipment we just returned. Ends up they created a new account and charged us to set up the new account. And they didn't add the services correctly on the new account. It has been almost two weeks and MANY hours on hold with customer service and the situation is still not resolved! This has been by far the absolute worst ecperiance with a large company in my 58 years!! THE WORST! (Note: There have been some individuals that we worked with that were very helpful but they could not solve all of the problems and we were tranferred around many times.)

The slowest service in the world. They really take their time. There are enough crew but they like to talk so much that a lot of people are waiting and sometimes more than an hour. Ridiculous.

I give it to Denise B. Who helped us get our phones changed over. She was patient and always smiled even when my husband got frustrated and impatient. When we left we were super happy and our phone service is so awesome now. No drop calls, getting service every where. Heading to Virginia from California and I’ve been able to work non stop, even in the mountains! Best service and awesome staff!!
