A bit crowded and noisy with live music, maybe due to where we were seated. Food was good. Parking can be challenging or there's valet. Overall nice restaurant.

Update: May 6, 2022 We haven’t been here for quite a while and so I just wanted to let everyone know how Chops Lobster Bar is doing in 2022. We decided to have appetizers and sides as opposed to full entrée meals tonight. No special occasion, I was just really in the mood for lobster and we know how well they do it. I started off with a cute martini cocktail call Golddigger, how apropos, lol, hubby had unsweet tea. Bread.. (SO GOOD)..with butter Appetizers.. I had lobster bisque with lobster chunks and Nova Scotia lightly fried lobster tail, which was way bigger than I would expected. Hubby had Thai Calamari and Maryland Crab Cakes.. we also ordered lobster mac & cheese and creamed spinach. All-around great experience, super busy restaurant but you have to expect that when they offer such great service and delicious food. You must come if you’re looking for a great evening, there were lots of family groups as well, everyone seemed happy and it’s a positive atmosphere. We celebrated our 28th anniversary here last night, and couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. From the beginning we were greeted immediately and sat very quickly and on time with our reservation. The ambience is muted elegance, quiet efficiency and delicious smells. Hubby had the lightly fried calamari tossed with a spicy sweet Thai sauce, I had the jumbo lump crab cocktail for starters. They were both delicious and very generous. Cocktails and wine selection are definitely up to par. For dinner hubby ordered crabcakes ( loaded with large lumps of crab), and I had the special of the day which was lobster risotto with mushrooms and shaved truffles, both were outstanding. We also shared a whole pound lobster mac & cheese, terrific! Service was impeccable and two managers stop by just to see how our evening was going and just check in. That’s very special. We will definitely be back and I am 100% recommending this place, expensive but worth every penny. Hats off to the chef, he prepared everything beautifully! Thanks everyone for a wonderful evening.

This restaurant was a nice surprise is a very busy and demanding south Florida. While some of the guest were rude, the front of the house (host) were extremely helpful and welcoming. Our dinner service team, Kaitlin (Caitlin 600) and Brandon (632) were extremely helpful and attentive. Great wine selection and delicious food. Great meal and wonderful customer service. The General Manager even assisted us and grabbed an extra table from outside. High end food, top level staff, and just a positive vibe. We will go again. Well done.

Yes. You should call them. Not sure about happy hour on weekends. Enjoy.
I not know
Yes you can, as of right now there is a corkage of 35$ per bottle you bring in.
They have outside dining.
Yes, they have outdoor dining but the real "action" is in the bar area.
We currently do not have a happy hour but our sister restaurant City Fish Market has a spectacular happy hour all week long from 4pm to 7pm! We hope to see you soon!
We have Happy Hour 7 nights a week from 5-7. It is available at the bar, lounge area and patio.
They do have gluten free menu items, but no separate menu to my knowledge.
The Ultimate Card never expires. Come in and try us out!
Not sure it's still March
not sure..i would call
fried 1 1/2 lblobster tail is amazing. It is the only reason we go there. Have been eating at this chain for over 30 yrs. There is an orange marmalade dipping or melted butter.
Yes! Business or dressy casual is fine! No tie or coat required. For women...it's pretty much whatever, just as long as you're not in sweatpants. For men, jeans are fine in a shirt with a collar. Have a great time! The food is YUMMMM!!!
