I flew all the way from Orlando Florida just to come to my favorite restaurant the coney island the best in Pottsville restaurant loved the food thank you maria for your great service. I will definitely come back to eat.

Recommended from a local to check out. Cashier was friendly. Prices were reasonable. Our biggest issue was we were the only ones in the dining area and it took 20 min for 2 hot dogs and some fries. The cook seemed young and didn’t seem to care as he came out a couple times to chat with his friend that came in after or talk to the coworker making shakes. We weren’t sure what the issue with making fries was. Food ended up being ok

It really does seem like Coney Island, New York, what with all the yelling and swearing. Ownership needs to train their staff and choose better. The one girl was saying she is a manager but she is lacks the emotional intelligence or maturity to handle it. The rest of the staff respond to her high emotional state in kind or by shutting down. There is no clear direction or defined roles so there was a lot of moving about but nothing getting done. They had a little girl of about 10 running orders out to people's cars. In her boredom (clearly had to come to work with a parent) she would get fussy but was the hardest worker in the place!. The conflict in the kitchen lasted our entire visit. The burger: Okay. Milkshake: Good. Fries: Worth the visit... But get them to go! IF you do go go with an open mind and consider the demographic.

Food was good as always. Service was spotty, even though they didn't seem short staffed. If anything there was too many people behind the counter making things more confusing. Overall would eat again though, classic coney island burgers and hotdogs. Plus the boneless wings were also good.
