Horrible service, we call today July 2 and we spoke to a lady and she said she close at 4 so I told her I will be there soon, and when I get there at 3:30pm she already close the door. What a bad service, that is not nice because you made me loose time and gas driving there for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you loose you job or if you are the owner I hope your business get bad because that is not nice!!!!!!!

not a good experience, the lady at the front was super rude, didn't even help me once I paid. they repaired my device and it didn't work past a week. the other tech was normal but the lady has very bad costumer service

I had a terrible experience here. They fixed the back of my iPhone 8 Plus, my phone was working perfectly, the display was great, it was a 18 month lease so I had to get the broken back fixed. I took it here because the price was fair. Once they fixed it I took it home and the screen was yellow. I thought it was the night mode or something I touched but even the messages were a different tone, I did everything I even went to a tech place and they turned off and on True Tone. I went back to them and ask them why it was yellow, and told them what was happening, they didn't care at all, the lady in the front told me that it wasn't yellow that I looked normal, they didn't even make an effort to help me or solve the issue. I do not recommend this place.

Worst place ever . We had to go back 3 times because they couldn't fix my iPhone 6s screen. The first time they fixed it we couldn't make phone calls so we had to drive back. Then they fixed it again and of course another problem, we couldn't type, we called back and we told them that they didn't fix it and they had made the phone worse. And the lady was supper rude to my boyfriend and I when we went back in. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!! IM EXTREMLY MAD BECAUSE I WASTED 3 HOURS OF MY DAY TRYING TO FIX MY PHONE!!!!! 0 STARS
