Disappointed.... Seems as if AT&T does nothing to attract new business. No new promotions, no free phones, no creadits...for a new contract. They have become a take it or leave it type of company. So I will leave it and keep shopping around for a new carrier, one with incentives for a new customer. I want to feel good when I buy a phone, not as if I gotta put myself on a budget just to be able to get the basic accessories and a new phone??? Dont think im asking for much... Their is too much competition for AT&T to take this type of approach, in my humble consumer opinion.

This place is only good to pay your bill and possibly buy an accessory. If you want to get a new plan or new phone go to the authorized/official dealer on 127 and Kendall. These kids that work there tried, but dont have the slightest idea how to sell. I blame the manager, not the workers, for not properly training them. Shame on you Maria..

Yes, we always carry the newest phones from Samsung. Stop by our Miami location and see them in person.
