I recently purchased a certified pre owned Rogue Sport (not cheap). The car runs great overall, but when I went above 65mph in the highway it was shaking. Went back to the store so the tires could be balanced in the next day. They were all very helpful, the mechanic did a test drive, but said he couldn’t go above 60 mph. He said the car needed to be balanced and took to the shop. It didn’t make a difference, so I had to go back another day, take the entire morning off from work, so they could fix it again. Balancing the tires should not be such a hassle, plus I had to hear from the car dealer that I shouldn’t be driving above the speed limit… really? What an argument! Now the car is running good, thank god, but the process could have been a lot less stressful for something so small. But other than that this was the second time we went to this store to buy a car. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

I want to express my thanks to Joshua from the service center. He went above and beyond to help me with my repair and rental. He comes off as a genuinely honest person and you can tell he really does care that his customers feel reassured and content with the service he provides. From now on I will always go straight to him. I also want to thank Miguel from sales who sold me the car and was readily available when I needed him and involved himself all the way. He truly excels in customer service. Hire more people like them.

Not a good experience. Bought a car from here, at the time of the finalization we weren’t informed a lot of details that goes into payment. Such as additional charges they take for their services. Also, after within 20 days there was an issue in the car. Came to their service center, had to wait almost 3-4hours just to take the car IN for service. We expected a better customer service from them. The waiting, and lack of information given was not a good service experience from our end.

Always a pleasure to deal with the guys and gals. Finally realized the service is much better when you make an appointment, only because they are ready for you and you don't have to wait. Been coming here for 13 years, I really miss the old crew Mike Flowers, Osmary, Orlando and the rest of the team, but Covid has changed the world. Hoping the new crew treats me like family the same way...love this place.

I do not believe that you have been forced to buy anything and also the guarantees of them are within what is normal compared to other brands of vehicles
We dealt with Luis De Los Santos at Auto Nation Coral Gables and it was such a smooth and amazing experience! I would recommend this dealer anytime to anyone!

My last 2 cars I have bought in that same dealer and the attention and service has been excellent, in fact, before they give you the car they make you check it and then you sign ... accepting the vehicle ... I don't see how they gave you a car that you had not chosen ...
The information is given together with the car registration, they gave it to me when I signed all the documents
