First time here, and the lobby is pretty small but very clean. All the staff were friendly and respectful. I’m a very picky eater, they made my sandwich the way I asked, with no errors.

The morning drive thru kid never says thank you or have a good day. Not a word. Lack of training perhaps ? Sad that you would have to teach this. Also Sad that you do not.

Order three sausage burritos and one hashbrown. Was handed a bag missing one sausage burrito. They told me to go park in a spot, no big deal. My poor toddler had to sit there for 15 minutes and they never brought it so we had to go in and ask him for it. Someone should learn how to manage the incompetence pieces of trash that work here and tell them to get it together. Plenty of workers, they weren’t short staffed.

It's been a while since I have been to this McDonald's since moving out of the area. They have remodeled since I've been there last. Me and my family had lunch there and the place was very clean. We had a coupon on the mobile app and I accidentally hit the claim button on it and it got deleted went up to the counter to explain this and the staff seemed very confused on how to rectify this situation. It was for 20% off a soft drink. The staff couldn't figure out how to get the 20% off so they decided to give us a free fry after they were talking to each other for about 10 or so minutes but had us pay for the drink nevertheless I guess it did come out to be close to even. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience in this nice little McDonald's.

Some employees take a compliment as a sexual harassment and fires an employee for said compliment due to other employee getting affended. Such b.s. and there's some teens like I believe his name is Sam made a remark or something about a prostate exam or something like that a few times about 4 months before firing an employee. And this Sam only got warned like 3 times in the same day and they didn't fire him. I recommend more adults working in the evenings when the teen are there to mainly listen in on what is exactly being said.
