Service was great and the servers were polite, sweet, efficient and quick. The food was Kentucky Fried Chicken so greasy but tasty. Four stars because I was given the smallest chicken wings that I've ever seen.

What little portion they give at this kfc chicken sandwich was like two tenders on it and not the nice thick breast never go back to this kfc

I stop by occasionally because its right on Flatbush Ave, I drive home from work this way and get the occasional craving. Sadly 9 out of 10 times they forget something in my order, and it is the most frustrating thing in the world to get home expecting to eat something only to realize that it’s missing. The resolution thus far has been “can’t you come back for it?!” No ma’am I am not gonna climb down 4 flights of stairs, get in my car, drive for 20 min for my mashed potatoes.. I just want them in my bag when I order them! 🤦🏼‍♀️😭 The one star is because sometimes the employees here are niceish and the food is ok.

Horrible parking lot, the people who work there hate their job , I love the food but the worst customer service of all time . It's not KFC's fault but hire better people. It's that easy.
