Very professional and friendly. They made it very easy for me to rent a log splitter. The equipment was in great shape considering its a rental. I'll admit... Even though they told me NOT to forget, I didn't turn off the valve on the fuel line for several hours and I flooded the crank case with gas. I took it back as soon as I figured out what happened, and they jumped right on it and got me back on the road in about 15min. They would have been in the right to charge me for my negligence, but they didn't. I'll definitely be returning here for future rentals.
