I can't believe that this place is si irresponsible. My 1st message I left took 3 days to get a call back . At that time I explained the condition of my pet who had been previously diagnosed with Lymphoma, and was enquiring about her euthanasia . I called back the following day to schedule an appointment, which of course I had to leave a message, and at 3pm the next day left another message urging someone to get back to me before the weekend. Receiving, once again no return phone call. So after 5pm with no phone call back I called Baileys Vet and was given a Monday 1st thing appointment, my little girl didn't make it. Becoming worst Monday early morning she had to suffer and pass away from not being able to breathe. But I guess you get the services you pay for. LOW COST VET, LOW COST SERXICE! I hope that my girl can forgive me for having to have her pass in this way. Cause I know I can't. I will never use or refer anyone to this place. Their compassion(none) and unprofessionalizum is unforgivable....

Both times I've taken my dogs here we've had an incredibly long wait time. I appreciate the low cost of the services, however they could definitely benefit from an office training program for their employees, or even dare I say; better employees!

If I could give them less stars then I would. The absolute worst veterinary clinic I have ever been to! They wouldn't even make an appointment until I personally printed out the application. Then when I came in to turn it in and make an appointment (which they had told me it would be extremely fast) they made me sit there and wait for 45 minutes while they helped the other customers that came in after me. Then once I got an appointment and came in, they told me that I was not allowed in the same room as the vet if I wasn't vaccinated even though he walks through the waiting area with all the other people that may or may not be vaccinated. So while I'm outside of the room the vet came in for MAYBE two minutes, didnt even look at what was wrong with him. My cat was very scared so he had diarrhea so the vet came out and told me that was what's wrong with him and wanted to charge me $35 for two minutes of his time. And to top it all off, told me that he will not treat or see my cat if he isn't nurtured. And the receptionist shamed me for not wanting him nurtured. All in all, would NEVER recommend anybody go to this horrible vet!

Very friendly and compassionate about your animals. Absolutely understanding and willing to help in anyway to get the care your pet needs.

Call them and talk to them is best. They are awesome and will work with you
I agree its about how much the animal weights.
My dog had something like that it was earmites. It can be really bad for your dog if that's what it is. Call and ask about cost they are really nice and helpful there!
$13 but there's more to it than simply getting a vaccination. Call the clinic 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. for complete & accurate information. You can also leave a voicemail outside those hours.
Spaying pregnant cats can be done at nearly any stage of pregnancy, though there may be a higher fee. Talk to the vet about possibilities and pricing.
Yes they do
I hate it when people crop their dogs ears. It serves no purpose except to make their dog look mean. I would never do it.
It depends on the size of the dog.but to get the correct price I would call.
Its best if you call them due to sliding scale but I'm thinking it's about $20 to $30 for exam and shot....also depends on animal.
Umpqua low cost veterinary services is the best in town. I had my Ittle girl put down and they even sent my a card about their remorse on loosing my dog
They go by your income.you need that when you go in. They wont do same day surgery. Hope this helps
No they want payment up front after services are done.
They should be able to.. i don't see why they wouldn't do that..
It is in the phone book under Douglas County Low Cost Veterinary.
If it's not an emergency they do prefer am appt. However they seem to be real good about getting you in in a relatively quick time.
