Operation locks the door at 2pm website hrs should post. Was directed to the floor should have been advised by photo greeter. Security was rude no option but to mail in renewal unless you have a flight emergency paid to park with no customer service. Tried to let entry security know and they do not take feedback no fault or accountability on site.

Go earlier then your appointment, you have to have an appointment, there is a photo service down before you go up on the 4 th floor. Credit and debit cards are accepted. We got the passport same day. A bit stressful because we were traveling after 4 hours. All passports received around 2PM.

I was totally blown away by how well my wife and I were treated at the Miami office. The staff is polite, professional and kind. Everyone knew what they were doing. No strange looks about questions. Now the Tampa office is a complete joke. Hope the guy in Tampa retires real soon.

Yes. Definitely gotta jump through some hoops though. They were not allowing walkups on August 24 but there's a number to schedule appointments

As of this time due to health reasons you HAVE to have an appointment and only the person applying can be there. No extra people.
Call them.. If you can prove that you have an emergency they will help you. They told the that would take months to get a new passport without an emergency.
