Signature Pond & Patio

Had Signature build us a pond about 5 years ago which came out nice . The issue I had was that I was never told that the pump needed an annual oil change nor did they leave me with any manuals that would indicate that. Now I am out $600 because my pump failed due to the oil was never changed. Please let your future customers know that the pump does require maintenance.

Working with Stanley, Lydia, and their friendly, skilled crew at Signature Pond and Patio was a fantastic experience in all respects, from the planning stage to the finished product. Stanley designed just what we wanted, and the crew was meticulous in bringing the plan to life, in cleaning up, and in teaching us how to take care of everything.
