If I could give this post office no stars I would. The ladies here are extremely lazy. They don’t like looking for your packages because there’s “too long” of a line. No one wants to help in the slightest. Super rude , as well they are not knowledgeable about things because they all give you different answers to the same question then try to make you feel like you’re wrong about what you were informed on when their coworker told you that.

Woman working at counter had a horrible attitude when I asked for help. Post office misplaced or just lost my package that was supposed to be ready to be picked up.

This my North Miami Post Office they are short staff but the ladies & one guy always try there best to assist & be very professional in all situations. The Postal worker deal with alot of BS at this location with a smile most of the time. Still my favorite post office in the area.
