Great book store. New books and a great selection of used books, with a concentration of religious books. If you are seriously looking, you will be here for hours. A smattering of other items and homeschooling material.

I have purchased all of the Bibles i give for gifts from Clay Book Store. They also have lots of children items, office items, study. Items, maps..it is one of those hidden gems we have in Lancaster County.

For decades, I go to Clay Book Store almost every time I visit family in Lancaster County. I live in Buffalo, NY. My 2 sections I ALWAYS purchase from are the used GraceLivingstonHill books & the lovely German cut-outs for card-making. Question: As an avid collector of GLHill original copies for 47 years, I’d like to know if you will post available titles online, with photos & descriptions of condition? Etsy offers GLHill books without conditions listed. THANK YOU FOR YOUR FINE STORE!

A super little local bookstore with a focus on home schooling. Tons of curriculum, books, and student supplies. Found an old Houghton Mifflin book we used for high school English. Really good stuff for educational venues - home or classroom. Other books as well - many faith-based. Tons of good guides for kids, too. Loved it.

There is no requirement for masks, though some do and some don't... I've always seen the clerk wear one... usually not crowded, and I've always felt comfortable there
I suspect that they do
Yes Clay will buy your used books ,provided they are clean and in reasonable condition! They however will not take just any books, they will need to nice looking, but also have a good resale value and be up to date enough to be attractive.... unless of course they qualify as antiques. I sold Mr. Sauder several box fulls from an auction, however he understandably declined to buy an old encyclopedia set! I recommend you try taking your books there, you'll be pleased I'm sure
They sell fiction as well in various age levels
There are a lot of Songbooks available!
