I had a question regarding the online renewal of my driver's license. After several failed attempts to reach a human at the DMV, I called B&E. The woman on the phone was very helpful and quickly answered my question. When she realized that they would not be charging me a fee, It would have been just as easy for her to say "Sorry, you'll have to call the DVM", but she didn't. Thank you!
