I can't say enough about Tom Olsen, Jessica and the entire team! Attorney Olsen advised and guided me SO much in changing over from my Will ... to what is now a Trust. I was nervous beyond words - put it off longer than I should have - however, now I'm so happy everything is set in place ... and I no longer have worries regarding my future and final wishes. I'm forever grateful for this 'teams' kindness, overall and exceptional professionalism ... and most of all patience in answering and explaining my many questions. I had a few other things to finalize with financial institutions after the Trust was signed. Jessica advised me exactly what to do and say - even with my nerves in having to do it on my own, it all went just the way she told me it would. Thank you again to Attorney Olsen, Jessica and the rest of the staff/TEAM who were always so welcoming and helpful. Much appreciated!

We had a very positive experience at Olson Law Group. We went to a free seminar first and found out what we needed to know and then booked an appointment which we got within a few weeks. They were very professional, and in our opinion, fast and very reasonable. We were very happy with all of the staff and the experience we had. We would highly recommend The Olsen Law Group.

The Olsen Law Group provided a very easy and outstanding request for my wife Darlene and the deed in question. Exceptional service and response from Tom Olsen, Esq. To actually speak to the attorney and go over our concerns. We are both relieved. Thank very much Mr. Olsen, Esq. to you and your team.

Met with Attorney Olsen to have some estate documents changed. The meeting went very smoothly. Changes were made, new documents signed and witnessed and I was on my way. Additionally I’d like to mention that his staff is also a pleasure to work with. Have have many interactions with Attorney Olsen over the last 10 years and have always been very satisfied. I very highly recommend his services.

If she won’t cooperate, you must start the probate and have yourself appointed as personal representative. Then, as personal representative, you give her proper notice to vacate and evict her if she does not voluntarily move out. My office can handle both the probate and the eviction process.
A lady bird deed is a tool to avoid probate on real estate. It can be used for any type of real estate, even if it has a mortgage on it. We have a free booklet on Easy Ways to Avoid Probate with more detail that we can mail you. For booklet request, please visit OlsenLawGroup.com.
In Florida, a car does not go through probate. He will just need to take the car title and your death certificate to the tag and title office.
Venue lies in Tampa. I suggest that you retain a family law attorney in that area. Your first consult should only be for the purpose of having the attorney crunch the numbers to see if you are entitled to a reduction. The Florida Statues gives a formula to calculate the amount of child support that you should be paying. If what you are paying is substantially different, then proceed with the attorney. Good luck.
A typical fee would be $475, plus any doc stamps due the state of Florida.
