Brought in a load at 10pm supposed to be live unload. It's now 11am and they still haven't touched my trailer. I get the run around and transfered to lines that hang up on me. I will never bring another load to this facility. Missed my backhaul and now looking at loosing time with my family for the weekend. 12 years of driving you guys are the worst I've delt with with.

We are a victim of brokerage scam. We picked a load for Samuel Adams Brewery from Lompoc, CA to Allentown, PA. Our broker didn't pay us for this load. We reached out to Samuel Adams Brewery to get help but they refuse to help us.

This place has mostly friendly people but there's one friendly white guy in with the others at the gate who's supposedly a dispatcher. And if you find anything seriously wrong with the trailer such as the reefer having mechanical issues when it's a refrigerated load and while it's on this customer's property, the friendly white dispatcher guy at the front gate becomes a rude white guy. They had me do a yard jockey thing with my carrier's broken trailer from their lot to one of their doors so they could transload it onto another one of my carrier's trailers. I'm a contractor for a different company than this one, and I have never even been here before so this place is definitely something. I think the rude dispatcher assumed I knew all about the ways here because he was acting like the broken trailer was my fault. The yard jockey then wanted me to break the seal on the faulted trailer that Sam Adams already had loaded, and no doubt the seal that was currently on the bills, which looking back I'm finding the whole thing very shady. I declined to break the seal, and I am regretting having "helped" them with that yard jockey task with the way that one guy acted towards me. Contractors should prepare for this possible behavior and remember you are not responsible for something unless you pick it up, sign for it, and leave the property with it. The lot is getting more like New Jersey style with the smaller distances between spaces and vehicles, since it is getting more towards eastern Pennsylvania. This area is slightly more east in Pennsylvania and a bit over the "northeast region line" than I tend to accept hauling loads to and from, so I probably won't ever be back to this facility for another round.
