As many reviews have stated the new management have had lots of issues lately. We have lived here for two years and since the management has changed things went downhill. The trash issue as mentioned in other reviews is a glaring issue especially with the heat. The dog run has been neglected as well. Overall it sucks because I have lived here for a few years and now I cant afford to move anywhere else, I wish that for as much as I pay for rent that I could have a decent and clean place to live. STAY AWAY. New management is unethical and not following the law. We had a great experience during our time here before they switched management companies. We have been moved out for 45 days, gave a proper 30+ day notice, and still have not received our security deposit. The new manager said they had us in the system as current tenants.. where is the common sense? They said they overnighted our check when we confronted them and it still has not come. We will have to pursue small claims court if they continue to withhold our money.

Bummed that I feel the need to edit this review, but unfortunately within the past few months, it has turned into a giant headache of an experience living here. The complex recently sold to a new property management company, and it seems they are still taking their time to figure out how things run around here, and what changes they want to implement. Something that should've been fleshed out before switching management, perhaps? Property management will always be an interesting thing to deal with, but this apartment complex was much better off with Avenue5.

We lived here for almost 2 years and really enjoyed it! The units feel super clean and modern and the location is great. Amy, Karl and the rest of the staff are super helpful and personable, they really know their tenants well! We really enjoyed our time at Bellevue Crossing and even during the end of our lease, Amy made the transition super easy and convenient for us during our move.
