I just moved in not too long ago and the apartments are amazing. You can tell they are newly refurbished and they are very spacey. Hadi was incredibly nice and helpful with everything involved in the move in. You can tell that the management cares about the tenants which is always amazing.

Great place. Moved in from another of Post Road Management's properties in February. Hadi couldn't have been nicer and more informative, maybe the most informative person I've met. You can tell that they care, different than other management companies, in my view.

The property manager Hadi is very polite and welcoming. Him and maintenance crew stay on top of things and help you if it's needed with any questions or concerns in a very timely manner. Very friendly community and very well kept. In a convenient location as well with Maxatawny Shopping center about 5 min drive away which includes Giant, AT&T, Subway, and Supercutts, as well as Advanced Auto. The appartments are very well maintained, and absolutely nice inside. I love the cabinetry and the new floors.

Since there has been new management, I have been very impressed and appreciative of all the wonderful renovations that have been updated here at Briar Cliff. Talked to new management about improvements, and was even more pleased with the promise of new landscape maintenance that will be implemented this Spring. Can't wait to see positive changes that our new management will bring!

Office hours are 8AM-4:30 PM, it is best to schedule an appointment due to heavy interest in the property and managers frequently leaving the office to handle tours and improvements.
