My roommate and I have had a great experience living at Devonshire Park Apartments. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, the community is quiet, and our neighbors have been respectful and helpful. Alyssa W has been a great help and we know that we can go to her with any questions and concerns. I cannot say enough about the maintenance men that have helped us with various things. They have been friendly and personable. Great price for a really nice apartment that is still located in town, but away from all the hustle and bustle of the college town. I really appreicate how the complex is dog and cat friendly as that is very hard to come by. Parking is also convenient and we love how we can decorate and personalize our small patio and outdoor space.
