I heard so much h about this place and how the cheese steaks are amazing and the same as the fries. Maybe for the mountains but I'm from Philly. I found them to be dry, lacking flavor n the roll sucked. But if i was coming off of the AT n hadn't eaten hell yea this would of done it for me. The Fries was in abundance but idk if they sat in the grease too long but they weren't crispy even though they brown. I probably could of counted the tiny of pieces of fried onion in my sandwich and cheese what cheese. I know this is a harsh review but people if your gonna rave just say tons of finely chop meat that won't leave you walking out hungry. I feel bad for those who haven't experienced a good cheese steak. The roll is just as important and those can only be purchased in the Philadelphia area.

Best food in a long time. Food was awesome. You get alot for the price. Hot roast beef so good. Mom says liver n onions was so tender she cut with her fork. Well worth it!!

Very good! It had been a while since being there. They are still generous with their portions. So I would say have your dessert first because you will be too full to even think about if you wait until you've had your dinner. Very nice staff! Don't forget about the candy shop across the street! .No matter your age you will be like a kid in the candy store. So much to choose from.

This is one of our go to spots for grub when we visit the area (just check the website/call to make sure they are open when you want to visit…). The portions are large, the food quality is a little bit above average. However for the area, pretty good…We’ve never been disappointed, but then again, never been blown away (other than how big the burger or steak sandwich was). Prices are reasonable and beer selection is very good! This last visit we split a Turkey club and fries. Regular lunch meat Turkey, not nearly as oversized as the other items we’ve gotten in the past (burger, steak sandwiches). Had an order of “fried pierogies” and they were extremely dry and disappointing (just came back from Kwaloneks kielbasa shop in Shenandoah, so we were in the mood to eat something polish). Either way, when you don’t want to support the big chains off the highway, go another couple miles down the road and stop here, you won’t be disappointed! Do get the fries though, hand-cut and really good!

Hi. I’m sorry I am only seeing this now. We were having some issues with the email. We are following the guidelines. All employees wear masks. Our tables are 6ft apart. We ask that customers wear masks while moving throughout the restaurant. And there are hand sanitizing stations.
