While we did get a car and the process was quick, we have never come across such rude customer service. We were cut off as we asked questions, and the rep had absolutely no patience. Her tone was incredibly condescending and once the paperwork was done, she gave us the key and sent us out to the lot to find the car. Every other time I've rented a car, I've been walked out to the car to examine it, given an overview of how to use the features etc. When we found the car, it was boxed in pretty tightly so we had to ask to have it maneuvered out. There's a way to talk to customers, and this isn't it!!

Horrible experience ever. We made a reservation like 2 month ago. But when i arrived here theres “NO CAR” For us. And there RUDE and also employee seems not sorry for us EVER. DONT GO HERE. DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE. THEY DONT CARE CLIENT TIME AT ALL.

Arrived half an hour before agreed pick up time but car was already ready. Employes are kind and helpful. All in all good, friendly and quick service.

I tried to rent and question on pick up and drop off specially that I will be using it to travel from one state to another , the guy in counter was very rude. His tone was disrespectful, I won’t consider renting from there !
