I had an appointment and had to wait 50 minutes which half hour of it my feet was soaking and turning raisins and still no one to tend me. I don't get it; if you are too busy why give appointment and why make me wait while still accepting and attending 3 more clients when they arrive after me? So I just left without getting any service. Bad business manners and won't be going back.

I went to have an acrylic mani and pedi done on Thursday 6/13/19 and by Monday my at least7 of my nails were already "popping up" and my polish on my toes had chipped. I called and they said they would redo them no problem. I went in Saturday 06/15 and sat for an hour to have my nails redone with the "Dipping" process. my nails still turned out with wave like form in the middle of my nail on almost every finger. I would not recommend this place to anybody who wants a nice manicure for the price! I spent $80 and completely dissatisfied.

I've been going there since they opened and have always had a fabulous experience. Cindy is amazing! My nails always last and I get a lot of compliments. They have the best pedicures too....the tropical one is my favorite and so affordable. Today I got a Brow wax for the first time and I swear it looks like I got a face lift - she did amazing! Thank you Cindy! I'm so glad you guys are here in the community
