Fantastic service from Jason!! Our Sprinter van seat belt suddenly broke far, far from home while in Bend. Dealer in Bend could not help. Contacted this dealership and luckily was connected with Jason who provided us with excellent service, got the seatbelt replaced and even completed a software update (AND had the van washed!) all in less than four hours. Absolutely impressed with the level of service. If we didn't live 1200 miles away, this would be my go-to for Sprinter service.

I wish I could say that I were more satisfied. I'll start with the positives. I was able to arrange to purchase my vehicle online while traveling in Iceland. It wasn't as seamless as purchasing a Tesla (my previous car was a model S) but overall, it was about as smooth a purchasing experience as I've had with any dealership. Still, if Mercedes is going to compete with Tesla in the EV market, some kinks will have to be ironed out. For instance, it would be nice to have a pre-arranged loan issues (as Tesla does with US Bank and Lucid with Bank of America) where a pre-arranged interest rate is available for qualified buyers. Buying a Tesla is about as smooth as ordering something from Amazon. Buying a Mercedes feels like ordering from a catalog. The people are very helpful, but the process still involves too many moving parts rather than an integrated experience. Now to the negatives: 1. The people didn't seem to know as much about the EQS as I would have liked. And it wasn't entirely clear to me what features my car would have/lack vs other trims. Sure, there is a long list of features listed, but what you need as a consumer is a clear understanding of what extra features are added at each trim level. I also don't feel that I got a good explanation of how to operate the self-parking feature. It's been a few weeks. I've watched some videos online but I still can't figure it out. I'm not necessarily the smartest person who ever lived, but with these high-tech cars it really helps to have someone who knows the features inside and out go over how to operate functions that are not necessarily intuitive. 2. This is my biggest gripe right now: yesterday, I had a flat tire. I tried to fix it, using the tire inflator provided with the car, but the sealant leaked. So I used the Mercedes app to schedule service. Someone was sent to my home to pick up my car after about 90 minutes. It was not an emergency, so that was fine. There was a complimentary towing to the dealership. I expected to be called to be apprised of whether the tire could be fixed, whether a new tire would be needed, whether the issue was warrantable, and of how much it would cost. I heard nothing. I waited a day, called the dealership, only to be told that the service center was closed of weekends. This being Memorial Day weekend, the car won't be attended to until Tuesday... 4 days after being taken to the dealership... for a flat tire. Meanwhile, I have no car to drive. A replacement was not offered. And if I had not called, no one would have contacted me to tell me that my car wouldn't be worked on. There are other tire shops in town. Had I known that my car couldn't be worked on for 4 days, I would have arranged for it to be taken elsewhere. But I was never given the chance to make an informed choice. I regret to say that I really expected more when I chose to go with Mercedes.

Called asking about a car they have in stock and was told they only sell cars to people who live in their city. I live 2 hours away, so he wouldn’t sell it to me at all. I guess Mercedes Logan of the best or nothing doesn’t apply to customer service.

Service was amazing! Came in for some work on the Sprinter, which they did an amazing job on. Jason was my point of contact at the dealership and he did a great job! Stayed in touch and scheduled all my complimentary shuttle rides to and from the dealership. Melody who drove the shuttle was super nice and sweet too. They also had a mini breakfast bar with complimentary fresh fruits, juices, pastries and bagels. They also cleaned the inside of my vehicle which was a nice suprise bonus. I would come here again without hesitation as they made you feel at home and really went out of their way to take care of you.
