Not only did they allow me to return it for the higher price (it was on sale for $5 off) and exchange it, they also gave me an additional $5 off another item. So, I got the correct size vape, and basically got $10 off. Besides my experience, they are very knowledgeable and personable. It's also a very nice atmosphere.
