I scheduled a cab ride yesterday for this morning at 8 am. I was never assigned a driver and everytime I called, it was just the automated machine saying that a driver has not been selected and that I needed to keep waiting. Honestly, just get an Uber or a Lyft 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

There are several drivers I enjoy riding with for the simple fact they don't judge and are very nice. For the most part they are on time and I get where I need to go for appointments and back home in time for work. On rare occasions they are short on drivers.

The absolute worst transportation I've experienced. I'm disabled and use Medicaid transportation. Despite a Medicaid contract, this Yellow Cab location has left me stranded 31 miles from home on 3 occasions in the last 2 months. To leave anyone stranded period is beyond cruel, but to leave a disabled person stranded is especially heinous. They deserve to be put out of business.

My ride was not so good its actually the first time I've had a cab drive ask me if I minded putting gas in her car instead of paying the cab fair and if I didn't mind doing it that way for me not to say anything to yellow cab. I found it odd cause dnt the drivers make decent money and I found it very unprefesional and sneaky. And she constantly talked about how the office people favored the drivers and the lady was very short with me and rude. I really exspected yellow cab to have better individuals driving for them than what they do. I know i wouldn't want anyone representing my company if they was doin these types of things yellow cab you guys need to get it together and my cab driver was cab 101 i think she said her name was deb or Debbie or something or another
