Purchased a BB58 on 7-9-22 as a gift to a dear pet for his 5th birthday. Gilda sold me the watch. I guess I was in a rush and did not try it on nor wind the crown. I even had it engraved. Didn’t open the box until the birthday and much to my dismay and disappointment, the crown was stiff as a board! Had I wound the watch prior to purchase I never would have purchased it. That same day to salvage his birthday I rushed to Bhindi in Glendale and purchased another Tudor. I had to buy another watch. I eventually returned to see Gilda, she referred me to Mario and he said the watch was “fine “. How can it be fine when winding the crown is killing my fingers? I went to another AD and they sent the watch for repairs. I am heartbroken! This watch was supposed to be a gift and had to spend another $4000.00 to salvage a birthday. Gilda knew how important that birthday was to me. I begged her to allow me to exchange it for another watch or get a refund. I struck out. I’ll never return. I had purchased 2 Rolex watches before. They lost a customer.

This is a long overdue thank you to Danica and the great team at Geary’s Beverly Hills. I have been purchasing Rolex watches from Danica for some time now and, as many of you know, it takes some patience in this crazy marketplace. Recently, when my son was about to celebrate his 21st birthday, I reached out to Danica and asked whether she might be able to locate a watch for him. In her wonderful way, she said she would look into it but offered no promises. Three days later she called and asked if I was sitting down… she had located a watch for him. So surprised and appreciative, it was the perfect gift. Thank you again Danica for your professionalism, friendship and always delivering!

Our team is taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and staff. Our COVID guidelines include staff & client temperature checks at the door, mask requirements at all times, limited capacity & physical distancing. We continue to facilitate routine cleanings of our boutiques, regularly sanitize surfaces throughout the day, clean timepieces after each showing, steam watches for each purchase, and have multiple security guards for safety.

Gearys doesn't manufacture their own products. They sell high end glassware, watches, kitchenware, and some exquisite antiques. Plus assorted items that you can give as gifts. I don't think they'll remember the item you have. But I could be wrong.
This is a private citizen. You'll have to give them a call. If your pieces include the original box they might buy them from you. I imagine they'll give you a better price than a pawn shop would.
