Great hotel, can be seen from 33 and easy to find. Room was large and clean. Everyone was very friendly and the young lady who checked us out on July 29th even gave my husband a print out of directions to our next destination, Walnut Creek, Ohio. We took a back roads route that was very scenic and we loved it. Special thanks to her for giving us those directions. It was very kind of her to take the time to find and print the directions for us. Would definitely consider staying at Mainstay if ever in that area again.

Spent 4 nights with my son for a mom/son hiking getaway..the hotel was clean, accomodating and in a great location.TBH...We are used to staying in fabulous VRBO's or AIRBNB's...but because of the pandemic repercussions we could only get a hotel..we reserved the suite equipped with a full refrigerator, microwave..etc.Kitchenette. Our accomodations were fantastic and the most important part of this review is...I spent a most amazing 5 days and 4 nights with my 18 yr old son, laughing and hiking and making everlasting memories.. after all..??? I could be living in a van down by the river..it wouldn't matter!! But I don't live in a van down by the river..so...Our stay was fab..and the MAGICAL beauty of the Hocking Hills.. was..(simply stated)..A most wonderful experience.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Breakfast items were the same every day. Interior hallways and common areas need to be maintained better. Dirty floors need to be swept daily and cleaned when needed, and they need it. We told two different staff members about food on the floor by the elevator three days ago but they must be too busy. Excellent location for this area and we would stay here again.

This place was super clean. Not just in the lobby and continental breakfast area but also our room. Kudos to all of the cleaning staff, the manager and everyone that works there. It was an enjoyable, relaxing, and convenient place to stay. I believe the lady that checked us in is also the manager. Really nice, very personable and talked to us a bit over breakfast to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this very new and clean hotel to anyone going through the area needing a place to stay that is reasonably priced.
