I was mistakenly charged a fee that I had already paid. When I called, the girl who answered was so nice, and worked hard to resolve my issue. When I initially went to pick up the truck, another employee approached me and offered to help with my check in. Overall great experience from beginning to end.

Rude ,dissmisive, arrogant.even though they were wrong told me to leave the store.good thing there corporate.charges got returned.otherwise these guys don't deserve your business. Franklin boulevard U-Haul is right up the road.cant say how good they are but can say it's not 7th st.misrible representation of Eugene.

Can't get an appointment to get my driver's license renewed... State says it's still good for 6 mos past the expiration... Won't rent me a truck to move into my new house ON MY BIRTHDAY... License doesn't even officially expire until tomorrow! Happy Birthday to me right?! #BadBuisness
