I don't quite understand this online check-in. We picked a stylist, checked in, and the app told us to be there at 2:10 - so we planned accordingly. 20 minutes later, about 1:15, we were told we'd be up in 10 minutes, but we were a half hour away. I asked about this and was told we'd be at the front of the line when we got there. We arrived at 1:40, but then said we'd be next for the first available stylist, or we could wait 38 minutes for the stylist we initially chose. Which would put us at 2:20. So, we went with the first available and got a mediocre haircut 5-10 mins after our arrival. I think the system is not well designed. Why not just keep our original arrival time? Why have an online pre-arrival system of it doesn't work? Why not fine-tune the system so it works? Or..... ???

Hannah on West 11th, Eugene did a super job or taming my unruly hair after it had been many months without a trim. I'm definitely looking forward to returning before my hair looks like it belongs on a shaggy dog instead.

Location was VERY clean. We were immediately greeted, & given help to get registered via computer. The cut was quick & well done (for a 10yr old). Thank you Sport Clips for making Benjamin's day 👍
