Had a reservation for over a month for a van, spoke to Employees many times during that month and on morning of pick up, the van wasn’t there and wouldn’t arrive until 5 hours after appointment pick up time. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and a contingency plan.

My car was ready and waiting for me on time. Employee wore a mask and was professional and polite. The car was nice, a Chevy Malibu. It handled nicely, had good gas mileage, and drivers seat was adjustable so I was able to customize it to be a good fit for me on a long drive. Didn't feel as roomy as a Ford Fusion or Volkswagen Jetta but that's being picky lol. Dropping off was quick, easy, and painless. I purchased the damage waiver so I do wonder why it was necessary to hold $200.00 additional. I believe they should drop it if a waiver is purchased. Overall a good experience at the Galax Enterprise location.
